Ingredients
5 cups salad greens mix
1 pear, sliced into small wedges
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup dried cranberries
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
(can sub feta)
Dressing:
¼ cup Creamy Vidalia Onion & Poppy Seed Dressing
¼ cup Peaches, Pepper & Pineapple Gilling Sauce
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
Instructions
Place dressing ingredients in a small shaker jar to combine. Arrange spinach on serving plates and layer with pear, walnuts, cranberries and cheese; drizzle with dressing. Alternately you can combine all ingredients in one large salad bowl and toss with dressing.
